3. Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products (food items), we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, including but not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Deciding you no longer want the product

  • Incorrect size or quantity selected


4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Unsafe Products

If your order arrives:

  • Incorrect

  • Unsafe or unfit for consumption

please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

We may request details of the issue and supporting evidence such as photographs. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit in accordance with the ACL.


5. Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are made to order. Delays in dispatch or delivery do not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.


6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout unless otherwise required by law.
